Certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Management CPSCM
Certificate Programme in Peace Studies and Conflict Management (CPSCM) is designed to provide a general introduction to peace and conflict phenomena. To equip the learners with the knowledge and skills to understand and analyse peace processes and conflict management at the local, national and international level.
The objectives of this course are to:
- Appreciating the common goals of Higher Education, Research and Training to empower people to participate in the process of establishing world peace, accelerating national development and improving the quality of life of people.
- Realising the knowledge and understanding of Gandhian Philosophy and action in general and truth, non-violence, Sarvodaya, satyagraha and sustainable development in particular.
Eligibility: 10+2 in any discipline, (Those who don’t possess 10+2 qualification can also be admitted after clearing IGNOU’s preparatory programme.
Medium of Instruction: English & Hindi
Duration: Minimum 6 months and Maximum 2 Year; offered in both January & July cycle of admissions.
Fee Structure: Rs. 3500/- for full Programme
